Consultations
A consultation with an organizing consultant is an in-home visit that begins by first:

Assessing Your Needs
We will tour your space discussing and identifying your organizing concerns. This process involves you not only telling your consultant what areas are of concern, but also showing.

Identifying Problem Areas

You and your organizer will identify the key problem areas in the space(s).

Such problem areas may include:
Clutter control, paper management, paper flow, filing, storage, storage solutions, product recommendation, relocation, installation, time management, scheduling, planning, priorities, procrastination, delegation, project management, records keeping, records management, work flow, computer clutter, computer management, setting goals, time schedules.

We will discuss what is working and what is not working by identifying your organizing systems and equipment.

Detailed Organizing Problem Description
Where are you having the most difficulty? How is being disorganized effecting my space and my life?

Once your organizing problem(s) have been identified, you and your organizer will identify the best possible solution(s).

Detailed Organizing Solution
We will identify your goals and overall vision for the space.

A detailed solution to your organizing dilemma will be written and discussed. This will include creating your unique VISION for the space and identifying goals and expectations Because each organizing dilemma is unique, we will take great care to create customized solutions that meet your challenges and needs.

We will identify what you would like to accomplish, what you will need in order to get there, and identify the steps to take in the process.

*Consultations are in-home visits that last between 45 minutes to an hour.

Session
You will work one-on-one with your home organizing consultant. Your organizing consultant is essentially your personal self improvement and motivational coach. As you begin the process of letting go of chaos and clutter your overall self esteem and confidence will improve.

How long will my session last?
Due to the emotional and sometimes physical stressors associated with the process of getting organized your initial session will be limited to 4 hours.

Homework
You may be asked to perform certain tasks for homework in order to maintain an organizing system, continue a process begun with your organizer, or shop for a needed piece of equipment.

Remember once an organizing system is in place, there is always room for refinement and improvement. You will need to spend some time using the new system before you know if it works or needs improvement.
